Don’t cheeto on me

We’ve gone too far, Gen Z

What happens when you give your Gen Z team too much marketing freedom? Well, you get Nutter Butter’s TikTok—where the cookies haunt your dreams, the visuals melt like Salvador Dalí’s clocks, and suddenly you’re questioning both your life choices and your snack preferences. You wanted engagement? Oh, you got engagement—along with the feeling that your phone is slowly siphoning off your last functioning brain cell. Forget witty banter. Nutter Butter has gone full cryptic. I feel like I’m watching an AI lose its mind in real time.

Don’t cheeto on me

Frito-Lay is turning up the heat with a spicy new campaign for its Flamin’ Hot line of chips, and it’s all about romantic affairs and a branded phone giveaway. Partnering with Gabby Windey from “The Bachelor” and “The Bachelorette,” Frito-Lay is introducing the Flamin’ Hot Burner Phone, a custom flip phone (Pink RAZR, anyone?) with a year of free service and Chester Cheetah on speed dial.

In a cheeky twist, Chester Cheetah is giving fans a “hall pass” to cheat on Flamin’ Hot Cheetos with other Flamin’ Hot products from Frito-Lay. This campaign, aimed at college students entering cuffing season, plays on the idea of having a “sidechip” – IYKYK.

OK maybe Gen Z isn’t so bad…

Do the youngsters of the world annoy us sometimes? Yes. Need an example? See our first paragraph. However, their strong focus on company culture is bringing a whole new flavor to corporate America. Many young founders on the Inc. 5000 are obsessed with creating a positive work culture, even if it means sacrificing some traditional notions of “work-life balance.” As we navigate the changing landscape of modern work, these entrepreneurs are inventing a new model for success that values flexibility, innovation, and human connection above all else. Don’t make us say thank you to their faces, though.

Is it 5PM yet? We’re anxiously awaiting our La Velada Martini from Cosme. Dare we say it is the best drink in NYC? Cheers to that!
