Skills and Experience

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience; some agency experience preferred
  • Develops in-depth knowledge of client’s business, products, markets and influencers
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Proactive and enthusiastic about account work and client service
  • Demonstrates empathy and strong listening skills, and to respond with smart recommendations
  • Tenacious media relations skills
  • Willingness to speak mind, and to back it up with strategic and creative rationale
  • Ability to communicate in a clear and professional manner with all levels of an organization
  • Begins to manage projects and accounts, as well as account and agency resources
  • Interested in developing a career, not just landing a job
  • Willingness to leave egos at the door and flourish in a team environment
