Matt is the visionary behind Peppercomm’s expanding creative services division, bringing with him broad domestic and international experience as an accomplished brand launcher, designer, and definer. Prior to joining Peppercomm, Matt was a McCann Worldgroup Senior Vice President and Group Creative Director. During his tenure at McCann, he ran the Gillette International, L’Oreal, and Kohl’s groups, reinventing Kohl’s from a drab department store chain to a fashion destination. Before joining Peppercomm, Matt was acting Creative Director at Karousel Collective and the Pedone agency. Matt has also sat on the board of directors of the Naked Angels Theater Company.
